The act of uploading to or odering any of the images on website is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as the legal notice which can be found at the bottom of this page. These terms may be subject to alteration and updating at the discretion of B A C Productions.
1) The copyright of pictures and content contained on this website remains the exclusive copyright of the relative artist / photographer or B A C Productions.
2) Pictures uploaded to this site will be deemed to have been ordered at the rates displayed. Payment will be due immidiatly via paypal.
3) Any fees not paid within 3 working days of uploading will result in the relavant uploaded image being deemed the property of A3 prints or BAC Productions to do with as they please, including selling to or giving to other parties.
4) Anyone who uploads an image / file to this site and does not accept these terms and conditions by the drop down menu on the upload form is deemed to have given their permission for us to use the image / file for whatever purpose we see fit, Including selling or giving to third parties.
5) At our discretion uploaded images may be cropped to better suit the A3 format.
6) The placing of an order via this site will be deemed as a binding contract to purchase the goods for the stated price and postage charges and the waiving of all cancellation rights. Any replacements or refunds will be made entirely at the discretion of B A C Productions.
7) No pictures or images or any content of this site may be downloaded and used by a thired party. If any of the pictures or images contained within this site are found being used anywhere else without express permission, they must be removed immidiatly. Failure to remove such content from a site once notified will be deemed as deliberate breach of copyright and result in legal action.

The use of any of the imagery or content of this site by any third party person, company or organisation is in no way any endorsement of said third party or any goods, services, opinions or beliefs provided or stated by them by B A C Productions.
